    Tear open one packet at the notch and pour the full 10mL into your mouth.

  2. Rinse 30 Seconds

    Swish vigorously for a full 30 seconds. Let the formula reach every surface.

  3. Spit and Go

    Spit out completely. Do not swallow. Dispose of the packet and you're done.
